Mitis is a mood-sharing social app where people share how they feel with the people who matter most — no posts, no likes, no scrolling. Open the app, pick your mood, and see your circles. That's it.
In a world of performative social media, Mitis strips everything back to what matters: knowing how your people are doing. Friends see your mood as a floating bubble. They can send a hug, a high-five, or a heart without a single word.
The app includes 50+ guided wellness rituals (breathing, grounding, movement, meditation) that can be practiced solo or together with your circle in real-time.
“A social app with no posts, no likes, and no scrolling — just moods.”
Mitis was born from a simple frustration: I wanted to know how my friends were doing without the pressure of texting “how are you?” and waiting for a reply that might never come.
Social media promised connection but delivered performance. Every platform asks you to create, curate, and compete for attention. I wanted something quieter — a space where the only thing you share is how you feel, and the only response is presence.
Mitis means “gentle” in Latin. The app is designed to be the calmest thing on your phone.
